Meet Tiffany

Hello! I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner licensed in the state of Massachusetts, with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and close to a decade focused specifically on mental health. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to participate actively in their treatment plan.
I’m honored to support individuals in their mental health journeys. I also believe that behavioral health is just as vital as physical health, and that true well-being comes from a balanced approach to both mind and body.
My clinical interests include PTSD, trauma, women’s health, as well as supporting healthcare workers and first responders. I also treat a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and schizophrenia.
Medication can be an important part of mental health treatment and, for some, a helpful support during challenging times. It doesn’t always have to be a long-term solution, but it can offer relief and stability when needed. My approach consists of psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing assessment. While I do not offer stand-alone psychotherapy, supportive therapy is integrated into visits, and I am happy to support clients who wish to explore counseling as a powerful complement to their medication regimen.
Wherever you are in your journey, I welcome you here!
Meet Olivia

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about walking alongside patients as they navigate life’s challenges. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and postpartum mental health and more. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to meet each person with empathy, respect, and compassion.
My philosophy is that true healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms. I take a holistic approach, recognizing the deep connection between the mind and body. Together, we will explore your unique story and develop a personalized plan that compliments your lifestyle. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward growth.
I believe every individual has the strength and resilience to heal, even in the face of difficult circumstances. My role is to offer guidance, tools, and encouragement as you work toward greater balance, and well-being.
Meet Jennifer

I am a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner who started her journey into the mental health field after obtaining my baccalaureate degree in psychology in 2004. Since then, I first became a Family Nurse Practitioner and provided both primary care and mental health services to all ages. During that time, I realized that the true path to Peak Wellness is through promoting inner peace, resilience, and finding joy, not just by managing chronic illnesses after they manifest. So, I went back and earned a post-master’s certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, expanding my expertise as a mental health provider. Currently, I am undergoing a Functional Medicine Fellowship through Psychiatry Redefined. Here I'm learning how to discover the root cause of some mental health disorders, and how to utilize more holistic tools, in addition to western medicine to help restore balance in the body.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, dancing, making music, gardening, and spending time with my three children.
